Paige Palmentera, RN, BS-CSM
Director of Nursing
Paige has years of Home Health care experience, and joined South Plains Community Action Association Home Health in February 2011. Her number one concern is to meet the needs of those patients we serve with the highest form of healthcare available in the South Plains of Texas. She and her husband, who is a nurse at Covenant Hospital, live in Lubbock where they have raised two sons.

Under the direction of your own personal physician, SPCAA Home Health and its nursing staff can provide medical services in a caring way for you or your loved one.
Alisha Alvarado, RN is a graduate of Methodist School of Nursing, and she has over 14 years of Home Healthcare experience in the Lubbock area. When Alisha is not caring for her patients, she spends time with her family, and especially enjoys activities with her grandchildren.
Nancy Kinney, RN is also a graduate of Methodist School of Nursing, and has over 17 years experience in the field. Nancy spent time working in CCU for two years and nine years working in a cardiology office. She has been caring for patients in Home Healthcare for over six years.
Gina Wheeler, RN has over 17 years of critical care nursing experience, and also has four years of Home Healthcare experience. A graduate of Methodist School of Nursing, Gina also nursed in the San Antonio area, but now makes her home with her family in Lubbock.
Lee Ann Curtsinger, LVN has attended both Texas Tech University and South Plains College from where she earned her LVN degree. Lee Ann has over 25 years of nursing experience including five years of Home Healthcare. She especially enjoys working with geriatrics, cardiac, special needs patients, and home healthcare cases. She and her husband Scott enjoy their children and family activities in Lubbock.
Lashunda Evans, LVN is a Lubbock resident who has over ten years of Home Healthcare experience. A graduate of South Plains College School of Nursing, Lashunda and her husband raise five children. She enjoys her family, reading and traveling.

Tiffani Pittman
Business Office Manager
Tiffani joined the South Plains Community Action Association Home Health team in the January 2011. A graduate of both Lubbock Christian University and South Plains College, she holds an Associates Degree and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Tiffani has solid experience in medical office management and administration. She and her husband live in Smyer with their young daughter.
